Strengthening communities together

At Enterprise Mobility, we’re focused on strengthening communities one neighborhood at a time.

We do this by fostering a culture of community engagement as well as funding programs that protect the environment, drive social progress and empower the places where we live and work.

By leveraging our presence in thousands of communities, we are responding to natural disasters and helping address challenges such as hunger and social inequity through volunteerism, employee giving campaigns, grant programs and Enterprise Mobility Foundation support.

How we give back

Volunteerism

All global team members can devote a paid day to volunteer for an organization or cause of their choice through the organization’s “My Purpose. My Time.” benefit.

Employee Giving Campaigns

Team members in North America and the United Kingdom can choose to support specific organizations through corporate-managed employee giving campaigns

Grant Programs

Enterprise Mobility offers a Grants Program to support local nonprofits in the communities where we operate. All team members can apply for a charitable grant on behalf of an organization where they are actively engaged in volunteerism.

Enterprise Mobility Foundation

The Enterprise Mobility Foundation oversees the Enterprise Mobility Grants Program as well as a variety of programs — from global philanthropic initiatives to community-focused projects.

Since the beginning, Enterprise Mobility has strived to be an engaged corporate citizen that makes a meaningful difference in the communities where we live and work. The Enterprise Mobility Foundation oversees a variety of initiatives focused on creating positive impacts through long-term partnerships with non-profit organisations.

Driving Social and Racial Equity

ROAD Forward

ROAD Forward is a $55 million, five-year pledge to support organizations that advance social and racial equity in local communities. The ROAD Forward initiative aims to focus on Respect, Opportunity, Achievement and Diversity (ROAD) by addressing social and racial equity gaps in three key areas — early childhood development, youth health and wellness, and career and college preparation.

Combating Food Insecurity

Fill Your Tank®

The Fill Your Tank® program is a $115 million, 10-year pledge focused on combating food insecurity worldwide. Of the $115 million commitment, $60 million is pledged to pillar partner organizations and $55 million supports foodbanks and food programs through local grants distributed across North America and Europe.

Supporting Disasters Big and Small

Disaster Relief Program

The foundation supports the American Red Cross Annual Disaster Giving Program with an annual $1 million donation that helps ensure the Red Cross is ready to offer a safe place to sleep, a warm meal and emotional support during disasters big and small. Enterprise Mobility also distributes additional support for disaster relief efforts worldwide as communities grapple with unprecedented floods, wildfires and earthquakes.

Supporting Forest Ecosystems

Reforestation & Urban Forestry

Through Enterprise Mobility’s partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation®, we are helping regenerate and restore vital ecosystems in forests of greatest need throughout North America and Europe. The 50 Million Tree Pledge® reforestation and restoration efforts are helping to bolster biodiversity and improve the health of wetland ecosystems in state and national forests. The Urban Tree Initiative program is helping enhance green spaces for urban communities while supporting the mental health and wellbeing of local residents. Enterprise Mobility team members can also volunteer for local Urban Tree Initiative tree planting events.

Helping Families and Children of Service Members

Military and Veteran Support

We have pledged $12 million to the Fisher House Foundation which helps provide no-cost housing for military and veteran families while a loved one is in the hospital as well as scholarships for children of service members who have died or become seriously disabled since Sept 11, 2001.

Protecting, Restoring and Managing River Ecosystems

Routes and Roots® Healthy Rivers Project

Improving the health of rivers for communities, Routes and Roots supports The Nature Conservancy’s efforts for protection, restoration and sustainable management of rivers and other freshwater ecosystems in North America, Europe and around the world.
